April has 15 years experience as a senior manager in operations and human resources. April is attuned to the needs and challenges people face improving their performance; she believes people have the potential to achieve what they want either professionally or personally.
April’s goal is to be resourceful and fun in creating extra-ordinary learning experiences for her clients. She uses her sense of humor and passion for human performance when working with individuals, consulting and when delivering her trainings and workshops.
April establishes a safe and supportive environment that allows her clients to engage in the work necessary to develop to their full potential. As a golf teaching professional, April applies her coaching methods and models to helping her students improve their playing skills and their mental game.
April holds a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and is a graduate of the Organizational Coaching Certificate program at John F. Kennedy University. April is a certified organizational coach and a United States Golf Teachers Federation certified golf teaching professional. She is a current member of the International Coach Federation and the USGTF. She has served on the Fore Women Golf Association’s board of directors and is a past president.
